Nancy and I are trying to eat healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner we don’t normally eat snacks but when we do, we sometimes go off the rails, (Nancy loves to Bake) but you know; we’re human.  So – this morning’s breakfast, made by Nancy, was mushrooms and eggs, San Louis Obispo toast with light peanut butter and seasonal fruit from farmers here in the valley. The weather is perfect and this morning we are gearing up for the week ahead – After we take a nice morning walk. 😁
