Sometimes you just need to get away and chill. When we need to recharge we generally head for the beach and because we currently live in the Central Valley; Carmel and the Monterey area down to Pismo Beach or somewhere in between is our go to location for a beach get away. BUT – We used to live in Southern California in San Clemente and for a special beach get away San Clemente is really hard to beat. Cue up Nancy’s 65th Birthday and her Cousin Susan’s beachside Penthouse and yup we’re here, watching the sunset over the ocean while the surfers surf and the boaters boat while listening to the ocean waves – it’s a little bit of heaven
