Lately, Nancy and I are on an eating awareness kick – we are trying to eat less and eat what we feel is a healthier tastier meal each time we cook or prepare really anything. Nancy generally cooks breakfast and we trade off on lunch and dinner. We are both great cooks and can be creative in the kitchen- I’ve been having fun with simple easy to prepare lunches that are more like a snack – it’s been fun and the variety is seemingly endless.Try it – you’ll like it – Putting on the Ritz 😁
