Biography:

Nancy started her real estate career in Orange County, Southern California in June 2006. At that time, the market had taken a turn and people were losing their homes so on the market were foreclosures, bank owned homes and short sales. Being an interesting time to be in real estate, as a new Realtor, she had to learn how to handle several different scenarios and went through tremendous amounts of training and experience in order to become a professional in handling these different circumstances which were difficult for the people.

In July 2009, we moved to the Central Valley, and started over as a Realtor in Kingsburg. After several months of working hard with open houses, and listings, Nancy was able to get the business going and in 2013 Todd joined her in real estate full time.

In the meantime, growing up, Nancy has loved to cook and to quote her; “my early memories were standing on a step stool by my mom’s best friend helping her in the kitchen, whether washing food, or assisting with baking. I assisted my mother and my many aunts starting as early as 5 years old and so almost six decades later, I guess you can say, I love to cook and bake. I am one to follow recipes and then either combine them or add to them. I love cookbooks, reading them and learning from them. Each day is a new experience in the culinary arts”.

In real estate, we work full time assisting clients either in selling their property or purchasing a property and pride ourselves with great customer service and follow through which is probably more important than the actual sale of the property. We show our appreciation through client appreciation parties, staying in touch with them in different ways, through mail, phone calls and popping by with various goodies that are appropriate to the time of year.

Nancy has been working since a very young age, starting out doing sales calls to set up appointments as a Freshman in college. From there, worked in department stores selling clothes and other items while in college.

After college to get more sales experience, Nancy worked selling Encyclopedias door to door and life insurance. Finally ending up at a Cable company in Burlingame for a few years and then moved into sales with RJReynolds Tobacco Company in 1984. Nancy worked for them for over 10 years, becoming an Area Sales Specialist, moving into Special Resource Manager, Special Accounts Manager, and then Training and Development Manager, training sales representatives in Seattle, Alaska, Dublin and Bay Area of California for many years.

All of this experience led to her decision to help people with their dreams of home ownership. Of course, with the sales background, this came naturally to her.

With husband Todd, we have sold homes throughout the Central Valley from Fresno, Clovis down to Tulare County and over to Kings county in Lemoore and Hanford. What Nancy enjoys most are the challenges and helping people make decisions they will be happy with far into the future. Because of the empathy many of our clients return to them to sell their homes and buy new ones. Referrals make up 90 percent of the business.

On the personal side, Todd and Nancy have been married 23 years, have two children and four grandchildren. Cooking and baking are a highlight of their hobbies as creating and eating food that is good for them and also tastes good is a memory that stays with them and friends throughout time.
